IOFM recently conducted a poll of its Advisory Panel to understand their take on accounts payable automation, with the focus on the impact it has on the staff and the organization as a whole. The results were revealing. The vast majority of survey participants report they are in the process of transforming AP from a strictly tactical department that focuses heavily on paying the bills to a more strategic resource with expanded responsibilities.
In IOFM’s white paper, “Creating High Performance Teams: How Automation Is Shaping the Future of AP,” we explore the skills that accounts payable teams have developed as a result of increased automation, and what benefits those skills offer the organization. An AP department that capitalizes on its available talent can reduce fraud, minimize lost payments and improve cash flow.
Download the white paper today and discover how automation can free up AP staff to improve business processes and contribute to the organization’s bottom line.
