Patty is Accounts Payable Manager at Vast Space in Long Beach, CA where she focuses on teambuilding and development, AP and P2P process optimization, and automation implementation.

She has 16 years of AP experience in the aerospace industry. Besides the excitement of space travel, Patty enjoys creating meaningful professional connections by interacting with all levels of her organization. Patty ensures that her company’s financial data is accurate and that proper spend controls are in place.

Patty is an IOFM Advisory Panelist, Certification Trainer, Conference Speaker, and Webinar Presenter. On the weekends, you can find her spending time with family, trying new foods and traveling to new places. 

She looks forward to helping chapter members stay informed about advancements in financial operations.

Jessica Gonzalez, AP Specialist 1, began her journey in space with Vast Space in 2023, where she handles AP responsibilities for aerospace projects, helps with 1099 processing, and assists with implementations.

Prior to joining Vast Space, Jessica spent 10 years in AP in the construction and demolition industry, where she managed vendor payments, processed invoices, and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

After gaining valuable experience in the construction industry, she transitioned into aerospace to further challenge herself and apply her skills in a new industry. 
She’s excited to continue growing and taking her passion for accounts payable and aerospace to the next stage of her career.

Jessica looks forward to networking with the members of the California IOFM Chapter. She encourages others to join the chapter to grow and learn in their careers.
