Shiela Howarter is the Director of Payables and Middle Market Sales at Deluxe Corporation. She is a product leader working to drive the success of Deluxe’s digital payments strategy. She partners with cross-functional teams within the organization to align product vision with business goals, drive product discovery and innovation, and ensure that Deluxe’s payables solution meets customer needs and provides value. Prior to Deluxe, she was at Bank of America in the Product Management team responsible for launching their small business merchant services product.
Steve Gaida
Sales Manager of Digital Solutions, Deluxe
Steve Gaida is a Payments Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Deluxe, supporting mid-market and corporate clients to help them digitize their payments. For the last 11 years, Steve has supported the Deluxe Payments Team in a variety of roles which have allowed him to become a true payments expert. He has experience and first-hand knowledge of customer needs as the Head of DPX Technical Support and also helped build solutions for customers in Product Management. He’s managed sales teams selling Deluxe’s digital payment solutions and now focuses on helping clients to digitize their payments process through our DPX+ offering.
