Shao Zhu
Senior Director of Advisory & Solutions, Zip

Shao Zhu is the Senior Director of Advisory and Solutions at Zip. Shao is an expert in strategic sourcing and procurement. He led the team at Apple that managed the commercial relationship with Qualcomm, Intel, and AMD. He oversees strategic contract negotiations for critical components such as 5G wireless chipsets for Apple products with multi-year pricing and supply roadmap. Shao now works as the Director of Advisory and Solutions at Zip, offering procurement best-practice advice to Zip customers that further enhances their end-to-end procure-to-pay experience. Shao is based in Sunnyvale California, and is a passionate fan of Arsenal Football Club.

John Gronen
CFO, Yooz

John, a seasoned executive with dual degrees in Finance and Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas, brings over 25 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Sales, and Mergers & Acquisitions. His career has led him to roles including CFO at Sightline Payments and VPay, where he solidified his reputation as a leader with a passion for empowerment and innovation. 

In 2024 John joined Yooz as the Chief Financial Officer, where he spearheads strategic financial initiatives across the company’s international operations. In this position he will continue to leverage his extensive background to drive financial strategies and foster growth across the company’s international operations.
