Over the past 26 years, Mark Brousseau has established himself as a thought leader on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments and document automation. A popular speaker at industry conferences and on webinars and podcasts, Brousseau advises prominent end-users and solutions and services providers on how to use automation to improve document- and payments-driven business processes. Brousseau has chaired numerous educational conferences and has served on several industry committees and boards. He resides in Center City Philadelphia with his wife and three sons.

As a Director of Growth Readiness for AvidXchange, Gary specializes in helping companies streamline accounts payable operations and creating efficiencies through automation and best practices.
Gary spent his first 8 years at AvidXchange as the Director of Talent Development, and Growth Readiness responsible for creating high impact learning & leadership development programs across the company. Gary comes to AvidXchange from Bank of America, where he served as a Vice President in the Global Learning Organization, responsible for identifying enterprise-wide training & development solutions. Prior to Bank of America, Gary spent several years at companies such as Wachovia, Raytheon and RWD Technologies in instructional design and talent development, where he excelled at creating engaging onboarding programs, leadership courses, and developing instructor-led and e-learning courses using his Six Sigma background and certifications from Vital Smarts Crucial Conversations & Crucial Accountability, MBTI, McQuaig, DISC and several training and development certifications from ASTD.
Gary received his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University. As a passionate people-centered leader, he is active in the training and youth mentoring community as well as the founder of a charity that helps orphans and foster kids find forever families.
