With extensive experience in Fintech and AP Automation, she has successfully led MineralTree's Go To Market team through significant transitions - from MineralTree's Series B fundraise to the acquisition by Global Payments in 2021 and the integration process thereafter.

Sera is a strong advocate for building sales teams that "break the status quo" of what has historically been common in tech sales. She believes that building a team filled with individuals from both traditional and nontraditional backgrounds that are highly emotionally intelligent and hardworking is the key to success.

Outside of work, Sera is deeply in touch with her Bangladeshi heritage and loves cooking traditional Bangladeshi meals. She loves to travel and test the limits of her spice tolerance across the world. Sera holds a B.S. in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
