Even in the best of teams in the best of times, change is inevitable and can cause conflicts. And when it does, conflict management is a skill that leaders must be able to employ to help foster a positive, productive working environment.
There is a realization that conflict management should be a skill that leaders need to give priority to learning and mastering, but few organizations prioritize training those necessary management skills.
In this free and interactive webinar, AP leadership expert Nicole Caley will discuss the source of discord and review a guide for leaders to use to help them effectively manage and resolve conflict. She will analyze the relationship between leadership and conflict management, allowing you to take new skills back to your team to increase trust and productivity.
