Is the PDF a “Phriend” or “Phoe?”

By Pam Miller, APMD Over the last few years, it seems as though there has been an explosion in the number of vendors who want to deliver their invoices to AP via a PDF attachment to an e-mail. In a 2013 AP Benchmarking Survey, IOFM asked respondents how invoices are received at their AP shops.
