Changes to 1099 file layouts

Q. We received errors when sending our 2021 1099 MISC and NEC files to the IRS Fire System. I then compared the file layout between the 2020 p1220 and the 2021 p1220 and there are changes to the A, B, C and K records.
We cannot find any information related to these changes and SAP has not sent any updates for the file layouts.
We hear about the forms changing but not the file layouts. We can't be the only company having this issue.
