Q. I have my first foreign vendor transaction to process since Trump took office. Do I still follow tax treaty rules for Canada? Or do I withhold and consider the tax treaties gone? A. (Answered by IOFM's third-party tax advisor) All tax treaties are still in effect at this time. 113652
