W-9 that TIN matches to the DBA name

Q. We have a W-9 with the individual name on Line 1 and the DBA on Line 2. An EIN was provided that matches to Line 2 DBA. We have this issue occasionally, and I know that Individual/Sole Proprietor can provide a SSN or EIN. But should it not match if it's allowed? We use TIN matching (third-party to IRS) for this reason. How do I know it won't result in a mismatch and B Notice?  A.
