Q. We recently received an email stating that a W-9 we received last year, for some rental assistance we provided for in 2021, was incorrect. The W-9 provided was for a sister property and not the property intended. (The checks were written to a DBA and it wasn't found out until the 1099 was received) They are asking for a revised 1099. What should we do? A.
