Q. Do you have a script your collections team uses when negotiating payments with customers? Would you be willing to share it?

We do not use scripts for actual calls. We do, however, use scripts for training and coaching sessions with role players. IOFM features some sample scripts in the Tools & Templates platform on the IOFM.com site. They can be found at:
