Filing 1042s through IRS Modernized e-File (MeF)

Q. I attended one of your webinars and learned that we need to file Form 1042 electronically. I went through the IRS website and find out the we need to use the Modernized e-File (MeF) to do it. Do you know where we can open an account with MeF, and what is the link (website) that we need to go to do the filing?
