Course type: Self-Study, Online
Designation Earned: Acccredited Procure-to-Pay Specialist (APPS)
Registration fee: $895 per learner (Member discounts of 10%-20% apply. You are not required to be a Member to enroll.)
Designed for: The Procure-to-Pay Specialist (APPS) Certification Program is designed for individuals responsible for executing any part of the P2P process.
Every organization has a P2P process (buying and paying for goods and services), but most are unmanaged—separated by an operational wall between Procurement and Accounts Payable. This course is designed for those looking to break down the silo thinking that hampers the performance of both groups. This course is also a must for any practitioner in a managed P2P process who is looking for peer-tested best practices on how to better integrate and optimize both sides of the process.
No degree = 3 yrs related work experience; 2-year degree = 2 yrs related work experience; 4-year degree = 1 yr related work experience

The self-study program (accessed via the IOFM.com E-Learning Center) comes with access to the e-textbook, on-demand 3.5-hour training video, practice quizzes and 3 attempts at the final exam (100 multiple-choice questions, 90 minutes, graded pass/fail). IOFM does not offer CEUs for Certification classes. We know that earning your Certification takes a lot of time! However, the nature of continuing education is that it is additional training you do after you are certified in order to keep up with the standards set by the program. Therefore, earning your credentials does not count towards your CEU requirement. If you already hold an IOFM Certification, you may count subsequent live Certification classes for 6 CEUs towards that previously-held Certification.
