Q. 1. We paid an LLC-P for a hydraulic press and mounting bench. On the surface, it appeared we would not send a 1099 since we purchased a hydraulic press and mounting bench, but then as I thought more about it and looked at the purchase order, it is for them to build the hydraulic press, which then makes me think perhaps we should send a 1099.
