Supplier W-9: Can an individual be an S corporation?

Q. We received a W-9 for an S corporation. Line 1 Individual's name, line 2 company name INC.; provided both social security and EIN number. SS TIN matched individual's name. EIN TIN matched company's name. We want to determine how to setup the supplier since line one is how the supplier files for taxes. Should we setup the supplier with the company name and EIN number? Can an individual be a S corporation? If the individual's name does not TIN match the EIN, should we request for a new W-9…
