Q. We are in the process of updating our vendor enrollment form and we wanted to add a question to the form regarding sales tax. This way, we can distinguish vendors that are taxable, non-taxable, or taxability depends. Do the IOFM Panelists have any guidance on best practices and questions to add on the vendor enrollment form?
