Q. Does anyone have experience mandating ACH payments (vs. check printing) in New York state?

We have not gone all electronic. We have promoted signing up for ACH to our vendors and the use of purchase cards to our Depts the past two years. We have reduced the number of printed checks significantly. We have seen an increase in fraud activity since then.
