Robotic process automation for invoice processing

Q. We are in the process of working on RPAs (Robotic Process Automation) for processing Accounts Payable invoices. I have a couple of questions that I hope the Panel can help with:
Where does your RPA pick up the invoices from (email inbox, folder on shared drive, etc.) to start the process?
What method is used for your RPA to determine the supplier’s name (name on invoice, email address name, etc.) to process the invoice?
