Resolving 1099 Filing Issues for Sole Proprietors and Single-Member LLCs

Q. We're running into issues during 1099 filing with sole proprietors/single-member LLC's that provide an individual's name on Line 1, a business name on Line 2, and an EIN on their Form W-9 during vendor onboarding, but when we run a name/TIN check the individual's name doesn't match with the EIN. Typically the business name that was provided on Line 2 matches with the EIN. Does this mean that the LLC isn't disregarded for income tax purposes?
