Single-member LLC with an EIN

Q. I have a supplier that I am paying who says she is a single member LLC and she is using an EIN. However, I am getting a name TIN mismatch when I use her name and the EIN. The 1099 training I took said that single member LLC can use a SS # or an EIN. If they are using the EIN do I report to the name of the LLC rather than the individual?
