Q. Is anyone aware of any specific country's legal requirement that demands that taxes be listed/shown on the purchase order form? A. (Answered by IOFM's third party tax experts) You did not specify what type of taxes you were asking about, so it would be helpful to know exactly what type of tax you mean.  But, from our perspective, it's not likely that a jurisdiction would have a law or regulation regarding what a buyer must put on a purchase order form.   108834
