Q. I am working on my 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms reporting, but then I came across a payment for two invoices to a business with a Canada address. The business is listed with a tax ID: US EIN: 98-xxxxxxx. The tax form received is a W-8BEN-E form, marked Corporation. A.
