Measuring AR/O2C/C&C performance

Q. Do you measure performance in your AR/O2C/C&C operations? If so, what metrics do you use? How do these metrics influence management decisions?

We do not measure performance. We are a very large company and have only four billing coordinators. We can determine very quickly if someone is not pulling their weight (so to speak) and conversations will be had. BUT we have not had this issue in years (thank goodness).
