Interview questions for AP positions

Q.
I was wondering if anyone on the IOFM Advisory Panel has a list of interview questions for the following AP positions.• AP Specialist II• AP Supervisor
I am not happy with the interview questions I have, and Google searches don't seem to lead me toward questions that are AP-related.
While skills are a consideration, I am generally looking to see if someone is a good personality fit and has good attention to detail. I can always teach someone the specific job.
