Internet advertising and travel reimbursement to a foreign vendor

Q. 1) Our company pays a foreign vendor to display our interest rates on their website. When an individual clicks our name on their website they are directed to our website. We pay the vendor each time an individual is redirected to our website. Is this considered US source income and therefore reportable on a 1042-S?
