Q. I have three questions that relate to each other: Background: A supplier was originally set up and paid in our system as an individual. She filled out her W9 as follows: L1 Joanne Doe - TIN given was her SSN (Supplier # 73538) Later on, she submitted a new W9 as follows: L1 Joanne Doe + L2 Ajax Productions LLC (tax classification LLC Single Owner) - TIN given was her SSN (Supplier # 82228) Currently my 1099 report shows both suppliers 73538 and 82228 Question # 1: Because it is a LLC,…
