Q. Vendor Maintenance: when our plants are submitting documentation for a vendor set up in our ERP system, we have a lot of pictures of W9's, pictures of voided checks, etc. taken from a cell phones and submitted with vendor set up and updates documentation. Are pictures of W9's, voided check, etc. acceptable when submitting to request a vendor set up or update in a ERP system? Is there any risk of fraud when excepting pictures of W-9 and voided checks? Or what is the risk of excepting pictures…
