Q. I would like to get some clarification on a foreign company who is sending a W-9 form with a tax ID number. They are claiming that the hold 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. This vendor facilitated an online seminar for us. Would the W-9 with a tax ID number acceptable in this scenario?
