Entering vendors with the same name in the VMF

Q. What is best practice for entering a vendor with the same name as a vendor you already have in the system? For example, I am paying a hospital. I have one in Missoula and one in Washington. They both have the same remit name. I also have three different departments for a university. What is the best way to get them all entered into our vendor list?
