Does the IRIS template require all caps?

Q. When uploading information into the IRIS template, is it required to use all capital letters and no lowercase?

IRS Publication 5717, the IRIS Portal User Guide, doesn't mention any requirement to use all caps. See Pub. 5717 on the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p5717.pdf and you may also want to phone the Help line at 866-455-7438, open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern time.
