Commodity codes in P2P systems

Q. Currently, we utilize ARIBA for our P2P process. It requires the user to select a commodity code when building the purchasing requisition in ARIBA. We are finding the following issues occurring:1. Non-catalog vendors bill with a different commodity code than the Purchasing req was created with, causing invoice tax exceptions.2. The business units do not know what commodity code to select, so they guess, thus causing errors. Questions:
