Q. We have a Canadian vendor who owns a property in US that our company is renting. He provided us with SSN which first 3 numbers (941) are reserved for foreign nationals, but IRS doesn't seem to recognize it as we've received a notice to correct. Kindly advise how we should handle it? A.
