Can We Accept a W-8BEN for a Disregarded Entity with an Individual Name?

Q. We received an invoice payable to XYZ Company with wire information for a bank account under the name XYZ Company, and the vendor provided a W-8BEN with his individual name on line 1 and he wrote XYZ Company in line 7 (which is labeled Reference number(s)). Can we accept this W-8 or should we send it back to the vendor and ask him to complete a different W-8? The vendor is based in Canada. A.
