Q. I have a question on the proper setup of a supplier if they complete Line 1 of a W-9 with their supplier name, then complete line 2 with with another business name and a TIN. The information provided on Line 2 is different than the TIN provided in Part I of the W-9, EIN. The supplier name on Line 2 is a wholly owned disregarded entity of the supplier name on Line 1.
