Autopaying utility bills

Q. 2022 is quickly approaching closure and my company picks this time to implement new systems to enhance our processes. One of the areas we are considering is a utilities automatic payment.
My question to the panel is how they go about paying utilities. Do they use a certain program to set up auto pay? We are considering a new system where payment would be made prior to approval.
