Q. We have a department who is conducting an assessment and would like to provide the results of the assessment to their participants as the incentive. They are estimating the value of the assessment at $300. Some of the participants will be University employees. Should we treat the results of the assessment as a gift and follow the appropriate University policy when it comes to gifts/prizes?
