AP team structure

Q. I am working on updating my team's job descriptions. Currently, I have two Senior AP Associates, and two AP Associates. Besides our regular AP tasks, the team manages a Freight Audit vendor, two other vendors that assist with payments to (award winners and scholarship winners).
I am trying to find out about team structure with a size like mine.
