Q. For those of you who issue a large amount of refunds in your business that are one-time payments, what alternatives to paper check and ACH are there for paying them? We currently may have up to 5000 a week which we process as paper check so we don’t have to add them as a supplier in our system. We are able to add these to our ERP electronically. However, this means someone must stuff and mail 5000 checks in a week which can take an entire day away from other responsibilities. We haven’t gone…
