Member Compliance and Member AI Webinars will remain at $199/each for Professional Members (free to Business/Enterprise Members). CPRS Recertification Fee will remain at $150 every two years.

Why are prices changing?

To maintain a high-quality Membership and Certification experience, we periodically adjust pricing to reflect the growing value and library of resources available to the IOFM community. This pricing change allows us to continue to invest in our experts and systems to fulfill our mission of providing timely, relevant, actionable content and training for financial operations professionals. 

Here are some of ways we have delivered more value to our community recently:

  • Developed enhanced exam grading feedback to guide performance improvement
  • Updated Certifications and Master Classes courses to modern, intuitive layout to improvement user experience
  • Improved accessibility with audiobooks added to AP, P2P, and AR Certifications
  • Relaunched AR Certification (in addition to regularly scheduled updates for all courses)

When is this change taking effect? 

For new Membership plans and e-learning purchases, this change will take effect January 2, 2025. For existing Memberships, this change will take effect on the first renewal after April 1, 2025

How are current Members being notified of this change? 

We are announcing this pricing change with an email to our entire Membership before the end of 2024. Here is how we will continue to keep our Membership informed:

  • For Members without auto-renewal enabled, your renewal notices (direct mail and email) will always include the cost to renew. These renewal notices begin three months before your subscription expires. 
  • For Members with auto-renewal enabled, you will be notified 30 days before your card is charged to provide ample time to change your auto-renewal settings if needed. 

Are there any changes for current Certification learners? 

No. Once you pay your initial enrollment fee, you can achieve and maintain your Certification for free. There is no fee to renew your Certification as long as you are timely in self-reporting your CEUs. Some CEU opportunities, like the IOFM Membership (5 CEUs) or Master Classes (3-4 CEUs) may increase in cost, but we offer more than enough free CEUs to maintain your Certification annually. 

Can I renew my Membership early at my current rate?

Unfortunately, no. If your current plan's expiration date is after April 1, 2025, you will be charged the new price, regardless of how early you choose to pay. We accept renewal payments within three months of your current expiration date. 

How can I reduce my bill? 

You can review our Membership plans to see if a downgrade might be a good option for you and your team. Within three months of your current plan's expiration date, contact IOFM Customer Service to request a downgrade. 

What if I want to make other changes to my Membership subscription?

Many changes to your account, like upgrading your subscription or adding/remove Members, can be done from your account settings. 

If you're currently a Member and wish to cancel - we'd be sorry to see you go! Please remember that you are pre-paid through the end of your current subscription term. We do not offer partial refunds. We would recommend that you make sure you have auto-renewal disabled, but besides that - please feel free to enjoy your Member benefits until your current plan ends!
