"UniFirst's Corporate AP department tirelessly supports 250+ locations across the U.S. & Canada. The team processed just under a million transactions last year, in a heavy volume, mostly manual and paper-filled process. No matter the challenge nor the build up of back log, they keep their chins up, their heads down (pushing through the workload) and maintain positive attitudes and to ensure continued productivity.
I was amazed by how quickly and I am immensely proud of the way they have all adapted to the changes required as a result of the COVID19 outbreak. They have all proven their ability to be nimble, flexible, make changes on the fly & adapt quickly to a changing environment. Although volumes have dropped slightly as a result of the virus, they continue to look for opportunities to participate and contribute to continued improvements. They push just as hard to complete projects and see them to fruition whether working from home or in the office. One could argue they're pushing even harder from the home environment and have been exceeding expectations.
I am incredibly proud of my team & humbly thank every single one of them for all of their contributions ! We've accomplished a lot in a short period of time, for that I say I am grateful, appreciative and thankful for all of them! We have much more to accomplish, the road is long, but our future is bright! I am confident with continued team work, contributions and positive attitudes this team will accomplish all of our goals and objectives."
