Catalina's AP Department

"The Accounts Payable department at Catalina, is not only great at processing invoices, but also an amazing business partner to the organization.

This team prides itself with its excellent customer service skills, great attention to details, analytical skills and desire for growth. All team members immediately adjusted to the new work from home environment, never skipped a beat with young kids and families at home. Their ability to question the steps in the process and raise gaps to the leadership team, ensured that Catalina is positioning itself well for the future. 

Unlike the typical Accounts Payable groups, this team is responsible for weekly cash flow preparation, reconciliations and journal entries. They do incredible job at completing this timely and accurately. As a team, they challenge and lift each other. This group is always looking for ways to grow and develop its analytical skills. Regardless of the current situation, cross training initiatives and growth development continues.

And did I mention that they always manage to make time to have some fun? They actively participate in all virtual company events and ensure the spirits are high. I am proud to have such an amazing team, confident they can achieve anything and excited to see how they will grow in their careers."
