Aflac's AP Department

"The Accounts Payable team at Aflac was notified mid-March that they must immediately work from home. There was no transition period. Since then, they have made their processes about 95% paperless (working from home) from around a 60% paper based workflow (pre-COVID, in the office). That is amazing.

One thing closest to my heart is that our CEO Dan Amos stated he would match our contribution to help out our local hospital's new COVID-19 wing. My team was able to assist in raising $1,390 for our division, and our CEO matched that for a total of a $2,780 donation to the hospital.

Lastly, the Accounts Payable team has rolled up their sleeves and put in a lot of hours processing hardship payments to our customers. I am honored to be a part of this amazing team."
