"Our team has worked extremely hard over the past 3 years in developing an Enterprise-wide Procurement organization.

Prior to being assigned to manage and consolidate Procurement, it was very decentralized and we were not getting the best pricing as well had several duplicated initiatives.

During the past few years, we survived Hurricane Harvey; several of our team member's homes were flooded by the storm. We also implemented a new P2P system including Procurement, Supplier Enablement, Inventory and Contract Lifecycle Management. We have also saved the company about $4 million to date.

We are now all thriving and surviving COVID-19. The team is working remote but fully supporting the Enterprise. We have such a great and hardworking team! This would mean so much to the team to be named IOFM's Department of the Month."
