CEU Sponsor Marketing Guidelines

One of the CEU Sponsor expectations is that your organization will stay in line with certain marketing guidelines. Please refer to the "Become a CEU Sponsor" page for a full list of the expectations involved. 

Maintain Directory Listing

It is your organization's responsibility to update your CEU Sponsors directory listing. The subscription manager (purchaser) has access to edit the directory listing at IOFM.com/my-account/directory. 

Submit Events on Calendar

CEU Sponsors have permissions to promote their events on the CEU Sponsor Calendar. The subscription manager will see a button to submit an event on the calendar when they are signed in to their IOFM.com account. 

List Sponsor Statement/Logo and Number of CEUs on Your Website

When offering CEUs for a relevant educational opportunity, please list the CEU Sponsor statement/logo and the number of IOFM CEUs on your website. CEUs are calculated on a 1 hour = 1 CEU basis.

AP or P2P Sponsor Statement

[ORGANIZATION NAME] is registered with IOFM as a sponsor of continuing education credit for any Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay Certification. These Certifications are designed to establish standards for the profession and recognize accounts payable and procure-to-pay professionals who, by possessing related work experience and passing a comprehensive exam, have met stringent requirements for mastering the financial operations body of knowledge. IOFM holds final authority on the acceptance of individual courses. Number of recommended CEUs: [NUMBER]

AR or O2C Sponsor Statement:

Design/Distribute Certificates of Completion

Your organization is responsible for sending a certificate of completion to registrants with 1) their full name, 2) event/course name, 3) date of completion and 4) number of IOFM CEUs. The certificate can be customized with your own branding. Here’s a sample certificate. 

At minimum, you should plan to send this to anyone who requests it. However, it is best practice in the professional development space to proactively provide certificates of completion to all attendees.  

If you are an authorized provider of NASBA CPE credit, you can use your NASBA CPE certificate of completion to satisfy this requirement. No additional edits needed.
