If your organization enrolls multiple team members in any of IOFM's Certification Programs, you have a number of options to track their e-learning progress.
If you purchased courses on behalf of your teammates and assigned them via the Set-Up Wizard on your account, you are automatically set up with a "Purchased Team Enrollments" section under My Account > My E-Learning Center > My Teams.
In this view, you are able to see limited information about your team members' progress in courses you assigned them, including the course name, a progress bar and their start/end dates.
If you're looking for more detail to track your team's progress, request an E-Learning Corporate Team from your Customer Service. Once this has been set up, this team will be located under My Account > My E-Learning Center > My Teams. Download the template to see what IOFM needs to set up your team.

Corporate Teams are only available to supervisors for their own team members — when their organization purchased the e-learning courses.
With Corporate Teams, you will be able to see all of the same details as "Purchased Team Enrollments" in addition to the following new data points:

If your team applies for a Departmental Certification, we will set up a Corporate Team for you as part of the process. However, many departments find it helpful to have the team in advance to track whether they are meeting the requirements of Departmental Certification. If you are considering a path to earning Departmental Certification, we recommend consulting with your training advisor as early on in the process as you can so that we can best support your team's goals.
