Course Description

The Order-to-Cash Solution Consultant Certificate Program (AOCSC) trains vendors to speak the language of their clients in the order-to-cash space. The program covers all areas affected by designing an end-to-end order-to-cash process (sales, credit, billing and collections), all of which is necessary for vendors to understand to increase business and build better relationships with clients who are implementing these processes.

The self-study program (accessed via the IOFM.com E-Learning Center) comes with access to the e-textbook, on-demand 5.5-hour training video, practice quiz and 3 attempts at the final exam (100 multiple-choice questions, 90 minutes, graded pass/fail). Judy is a globally sought-after subject matter expert, trainer, and speaker. She has authored and helped develop the IOFM’s AP online learning center and is a co-founder and SME for the IOFM AP Certification program.
