Q. Currently, a department named “Financial Control” manually maintains a “Z table” in my organization’s SAP. This custom table includes: The SAP company code, Employee identification number, and Dollar amount they can approve for invoices. Since Financial Control maintains the Z table in SAP, it means they must manually add new employees and delete terminated employees who may have approval authority based on their job titles.
