Q. I have a few questions regarding W-8/1042 reporting and credit card payments. If possible, could you please list the source that supports these answers? 1. If my company pays for services from a foreign vendor via credit dard, are we required to obtain a W-8? 2. Are we required to determine if there's any 1042 withholding liability with foreign vendors paid via credit card? 3.
